Q1. Is the website US based?

A. We are based in Trinidad and Tobago.

Q2. How long after purchase will I receive my purchase?

A. Average delivery time is 2 - 10 working days. Please note, some items are preordered, therefore, processing of your order can take between 1 - 7 working days.

Q3. How do I checkout?

A. There are options available at checkout that are Caribbean friendly such as WiPay and Bank Deposit.

Q4. Can I cancel my order?

A. You can request a cancellation 1 hour after your order has been placed, we will then inform you of the request being received. Failure to request cancellation within the given time frame will result in your order being fulfilled and no refund will be issued. Please check your cart carefully to avoid this.

Q5. How will my order be shipped?

A. Via our local courier service TTPost as well as DHL.

Q6. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we can

Q7. Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

A. Every item is hand packaged with love and care but in the unlikely event you've received a faulty item, you will be eligible for a return. Returns for exchanges are only applicable if there is a fault with an item you have received from us. See "Returns Policy" for more information on returns and refunds. We do not issue refunds, so please make sure to check you item before checking out.

A. Our items are made in the UK and Korea.
